Project description:
Telus’ Las Vegas, NV location houses over 1,200 BPO and Contact Center seats in a 100,000 sq. ft. facility. Each seat containing a phone, computer tower or laptop, monitors, printers, scanners, hard drives, etc. Tracking the location of each asset, purchase orders, depreciation, repairs & returns, and disposal was proving to be too much for the IT & Finance staff.
Telus engaged SC Roberts to design, develop and deploy a centralized database of technology assets and a web based, mobile responsive front end user interface.
Using an MS SQL Server back end and PHP on (internal) IIS front end, the final product was delivered on time and under budget.
